Recently, a delegation from CHADD met with Luke Fearn from Derry Building Services, who renovated our gym as part of their social value project. We had the opportunity to preview the upcoming Health Innovation Centre in the town centre, an educational hub dedicated to developing practical skills.
This centre features rooms designed to replicate settings like hospitals, triage units, and care homes, allowing students to practice on dummies in realistic environments.
As CHADD’s young people’s service supports individuals aged 16-25, we’re eager to establish a relationship with this hub to benefit our youth.
