Our sheltered homes are for people over 55.  We have flats in Russell’s Hall, Woodsetton, Sedgely and Lower Gornal. 

All have communal space and gardens. Our team is on hand to help. They also organise activities all year round to help keep people connected and living well.  Our amazing activities coordinators, volunteers from among the tenants,  also collaborate with our team to arrange activities in our homes and further afield.

Rotary House

Russells Hall

Rotary House is 52 apartments spread over 2 floors and built around a landscaped courtyard. The scheme provides quality accommodation in a friendly, supportive environment for couples or single people who are aged over 55 years.

It is close to the Russells Hall hospital, opposite the friendly community of Living Hope Church (where we have held our Carol Service) and near shops and other local amenities.

Neville House

Sedgley

Neville House is in the heart of Sedgley. The scheme has quality accommodation in a friendly supportive environment for couples or single people.  There are 32 1-bed and 2-bed apartments spread over 2 floors with lovely communal facilities and gardens. It is in a sought after location close to Ladies Walk Health Centre, supermarkets, several places of worship and local amenities.

CHADD Court

CHADD Court, Lower Gornal

Chadd Court is in Lower Gornal. There are 7 apartments spread over 2 floors and built around a landscaped courtyard. The scheme provides quality accommodation in a friendly, environment for couples or single people who are aged over 55 years. It is in a sought after location close to the hospital, shops and local amenities. There is no on site social space but tenants often join in with activities at other schemes.

Regent St, Woodsetton

Regent Street is in the heart of Woodsetton. A friendly, supportive environment for couples or single people who are aged over 55 years. Apartments are spread over 2 floors with lovely community space and garden. It is close to the health centres, shops and local amenities. There’s a guest room for relatives.  Regent Street is famous for their fish and chip evenings – karaoke, quizzes and fancy dress.
