We are pleased to be recruiting to this newly created role overseeing our expanding portfolio of CQC registered services for people with disabilities. The role is pivotal to CHADD as we move forward and build on our existing portfolio of specialist accommodation and support services available to vulnerable people in the Dudley area.
Working within the Senior Management Team, the Head of Care will provide high quality, dynamic and inspiring leadership of the delivery and development of our care & support services, while demonstrating a clear passion and commitment to CHADD’s vision and values.
Essential requirements are:
• Knowledge of the learning disability, mental health and social care sectors with at least 2 years experience in a senior management post.
• Clear & thorough knowledge of CQC requirements and regulation.
• Experience of working within both domiciliary & registered care settings.
• Strong operational and care compliance expertise.
This a full time position, based on 36 hours per week on average.
Salary range: £40000 – £45000 per annum, depending on experience.
